The Foundation

Ten Days.
A Lifetime of Clarity.

The most challenging, and rewarding, thing you may ever do.

The Starting Point

The Residential
Course

The 10-day course is the essential starting point. Without completing it, one cannot be considered a Vipassana student.

Students live on-site, observe Noble Silence, and meditate for approximately ten hours each day. Food, accommodation, and teaching are provided free of charge.

"You are asked to give yourself fully — for just ten days."

The Inner Journey

What Happens
During the 10 Days

I

Days 1–3
Anapana

The mind is trained. Awareness of the breath — subtle, natural, always present. The scattered mind begins to settle.

II

Days 4–9
Vipassana

The sharpened mind turns inward, observing sensation throughout the body. The deepest patterns of the mind are seen — and begin to dissolve.

III

Day 10
Metta Bhāvanā

Loving-kindness is shared with all beings. The silence lifts. Students speak, reflect, and prepare to carry the practice home.
